NEIL PHILIPS
Varsity Coach
Neil Phillips has been involved with Connecticut youth soccer since coming from his native UK in 1998. Neil is a life-long supporter of the Derby County Rams.
Neil holds the NSCAA National and Advanced National Diploma, Higher National Diploma in sports coaching/Education, and NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.
Neil guided the Joel Barlow Falcons to the 2008 State Finals, and his efforts were rewarded by being named 2008 SWC Coach of the Year. In 2009, Neil was again named as SWC Coach of the Year. In 2011, the Falcons posted a 18-1-1 record which included winning the regular season Patriots Division, the SWC Tournament, and making it to the quarterfinals of the State Class M tournament. In 2016, the Falcons again won the SWC Tournament and the quarterfinals of the State Class L tournament.

ADAM BOURETT
Assistant Varsity Coach
Adam grew up in Granby where he played soccer and won the Class S State Title with Granby in 2000 and 2001. Adam was also senior captain of this team. Adam holds a USSF E license and NSCAA goalkeeping level I license. Prior to coaching at Barlow, he was the Assistant Varsity Coach for four seasons at Berlin High School.
Adam teaches physical education at Helen Keller Middle School in Easton and is working on his masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.
